All Costco auctions, unless otherwise stated, will be Seller Arranges Shipping. The buyer will not be able to pick up the merchandise themselves. Additionally, Costco shipping is FOB (Free On Board).
It is very important that the shipping address is correct prior to bidding. If you do not know how to add or update a shipping address, please review this link: [click here]. If you notice that the address is incorrect after winning the auction, correct it by following these instructions [click here] prior to paying for the auction.
Once your payment for the auction has been processed, you will receive an "Order Paid" confirmation email. Within one business day of this email, the shipper will contact you via email with full instructions to arrange delivery of your merchandise.
If you do not hear back from Costco within one business day, please contact customer service.
Costco's carrier of choice is CHR. Please review the shipping requirements carefully prior to placing a bid, and be prepared to pay any additional shipping fees.
If you require a liftgate, please be advised that these are available at a fee for auctions that are LTL shipments eight pallets or under. If you require a liftgate, do not bid on auctions that exceed that number of pallets as a liftgate will not be available. The liftgate fee is $65 dollars.
All special delivery arrangements must be handled by the buyer. You cannot ask B-Stock or Costco to assist you.
