QVC: How Does Shipping Work?

Buyers are responsible for paying the “Shipping Cost” displayed on the auction page. The "Shipping Cost" must be included in your order payment. This rate is calculated based on the total weight of your order and your location. 

The carrier will call you within 5 business days of your payment being received to schedule a delivery. Please be prepared to accept your shipment within 2 business days of this communication. You will receive an “Order Shipped” notification after the shipment has left the facility. 

If you would like to arrange your own shipping with a third party carrier of your choice, please respond to your "Bid Won" email to let us know. We will send you a revised "Bid Won" email. You must use a third party carrier--you cannot pick up the product with your own equipment.

If arranging your own pickup, your "Order Paid" confirmation will provide you with the warehouse address and information. All pickups must be scheduled by phone, and please allow 1 business day after receiving our "Order Paid" email to schedule your pickup.

Lift gate is available on orders of 10 pallets or less. If you require lift gate for delivery, please respond to your "Bid Won" email to let us know.
