Home Depot: How Does Shipping Work?

The Home Depot Marketplace is Seller Arranges Shipping.

The carrier that Home Depot employs is CHRobinson. Please read the shipping tab carefully on each auction.

It is very important that the shipping address is correct prior to bidding. If you do not know how to add or update a shipping address, please review this link: [click here]. If you notice that the address is incorrect after winning the auction, correct it by following these instructions [click here] prior to paying for the auction.

If you require a liftgate to receive your auction, CHR will provide a liftgate for a $65 dollar fee made payable to B-Stock. Note: this service is only available for LTL auctions that are eight pallets in number or fewer. If you require a liftgate, do not bid on auctions that exceed that number.

CHR will also deliver to residential areas, however, you will need to pay a $90 fee. Note: this service is only available for auctions that are ten pallets in number or fewer. If you require a residential delivery, do not bid on auctions that exceed that number.

Within 2 days after payment (usually sooner), the shipping company will reach out to you to verify your address and any other shipping-related services you may require.

Remember, once payment is made, the address on file will be used for shipping. Changing your address after making payment may delay delivery of your goods and may generate reconsignment fees requiring additional wiring of funds.

Shipments will take place within 3 business days of wire transfer. If you do not hear from the shipping carrier within 2 full business days after confirmation of your payment, please email us.

Buyers are responsible for unloading all trucks. Your shipping location needs to have a loading dock or forklift. If you do not possess this equipment, you must advise B-Stock so that the carrier will provide a liftgate (only 10 pallets or less). Please be advised, there will be a fee associated with this service that will need to be paid to B-Stock.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the delivery of your merchandise, including any applicable storage or other costs assessed by such carrier in the event of such carrier’s inability to deliver your merchandise to you.
